As a PT I love to see my clients enjoy their sessions and not view exercise as a punishment. I like to see my clients push further than they thought they could, and to leave their session feeling accomplished and energised rather than tired and drained. My job as a trainer is to help you reach the goal you’ve set - whatever it may be. Small achievable goals over an extended period can add up to something bigger than you thought!
